Hector Perez-Pacheco is a businessman, leader, teacher, consultant, community activist, organizer, motivator, strategist, and father.

The multi-talented Hector Perez-Pacheco understands the bottom line: results. Mr. Perez-Pacheco has a long track record of delivering results to clients whether they are political leaders, corporate executives, non-profit organizations, or community residents. He unifies diverse individuals into an organized and unified body in order to achieve their goals and objectives.

In addition to assisting businesses to enhance their bottom line, Mr. Perez-Pacheco is a passionate advocate for the disenfranchised, as he has worked for over 25 years to improve the social, educational, and economic conditions of disadvantaged communities throughout the United States. He has brought together communities to collaborate on complex social issues. Additionally, he has extensive experience and expertise in government relations, special event planning, and public speaking.

He has used his experience in government relations and community outreach to encourage the support of, and the inclusion of, the under-served and under-represented communities in the local, state, and federal legislative arenas. As a direct result of his efforts, hundreds of thousands of dollars have been directed to community projects and programs.

From all throughout the U.S., Mr. Perez Pacheco has successfully organized individual campaigns for community leaders, publicly elected government officials, and executive business leaders, uniting people and communities.

He is a seasoned community relations manager who has organized numerous community councils, town hall meetings, forums, and conferences, ranging in scope from discussing pertinent health issues to education challenges and the general economic and social well-being of under-served and under-represented communities.


He is an outspoken supporter of civil and human rights issues. Through media exposure as a guest on local and national public service programs on radio and television, he has promoted social issues ranging from legal citizenship to a wide variety of legislation for over 70 non-profit organizations.

He has conducted seminars on topics that include: Business Marketing, Non-Profit Board of Director Establishment, Strategic Planning, and Entrepreneurship.

An experienced planner and coordinator of special events, from initial conception to final completion, he has managed several events drawing more than 10,000 people. These events have provided the local community information to improve their quality of life in an entertaining, culturally appropriate, and friendly manner. He has extensive public speaking experience which includes testifying at hearings for the California State Legislature and speaking at universities.

His speaking engagement topics have ranged from environmental issues and Native American sacred land preservation issues to making announcements at televised press conferences. He has testified in hearings that have directly influenced public policies and resulted in the implementation and revision of laws.

In 2017, Mr. Perez-Pacheco drafted a bill, AB 683, which will provide the re-entry population of previously incarcerated men culturally relevant programming and services to help them transition into their communities. His determination in his government relations works successfully brought the bill into state law with unanimous votes from all parties. Throughout his career, he has both worked, drafted, and authored over 150 pieces of legislation since 1985.


He currently has his own consulting services that provide businesses, nonprofits, and institutions a wide range of services such as government/public relations, resource development, advocacy, public presentation, and program development. Presently, he is a commissioner for the County of Los Angeles representing the 1st District Community Action Board appointed by Los Angeles County Supervisor Hilda Solis.

In addition, he is a city commissioner for the Angeles Workforce Investment Board was appointed by Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti.

For over 35 years, he has also been involved in issues affecting the civil rights and welfare of Native Americans and is the speaker of an indigenous organization dedicated to preserving the traditions of native people.
