Our Approach
Strategy oriented vs. task oriented
When we work with our clients, we work to better understand your organization’s mission, context, values, and purpose. Understanding the “why” of your organization’s projects will help us confirm and customize the scope and deliverables for your organization.
Collaborative process
At PPC we work with our clients and not for them. Each client has a mountain they wish to climb—are you willing to go up the mountain with us?
Community Oriented
At PPC, our team commits to helping clients create a healthy relationship with their local communities and foster the local credibility that is vital to their success.
The Andean Trilogy
As a professional strategy firm, PPC uses cultural teachings to drive change. Our guiding philosophy at PPC is the Andean Trilogy and the Four Stages of Learning. The Andean Trilogy presents three symbols: the Condor (future), the Puma (present), and the Serpent (past). We utilize our understanding of the past to strategically plan and act in the present, while remaining mindful of the future and its inevitable integration into our present reality.
Four Stages
As part of our firm’s strategy-orientation, we work with our clients to build a Chakana, or ‘bridge,’ to help clients achieve their goals. The Chakana has four cardinal points that are a stage of emotional, cognitive, and spiritual development. We use these Four Stages of Learning to move with our clients from identifying their purpose and objectives to achieving their goals. The four stages include:
Acknowledgement: identify purpose and objectives.
Understanding: define goals and needs.
Integration: create a strategic plan and build stakeholder relationships.
Movement: implement, adjust, and achieve results.
