Hector Pérez-Pacheco

Founder and CEO

Hector Pérez-Pacheco is an experienced Native American businessman, leader, teacher, consultant, community activist, organizer, motivator, strategist, public speaker, and father. Hector is a proud descendent of a long-lineage of Quechua Peruvians. Hector conducts his personal life and his business in line with a myriad of Native American teachings.

Hector has worked for over 36 years to improve the social, educational, and economic conditions of disadvantaged communities across the United States. In doing so, he has brought together diverse communities to collaborate on complex social issues. Towards these endeavors, Hector brings extensive experience and expertise in government relations, Tribal relations special event planning, mentoring, and public speaking. Hector has worked throughout the Western Hemisphere, including the U.S, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, El Salvador, and Peru.

Hector is the Founder of his own consulting service, Perez Pacheco Consulting (PPC). The company provides businesses, nonprofits, and other institutions with a wide range of tailored services. PPC is a strategy company that is committed to bringing light to all involved projects, including programs within government and public relations, resource development and distribution, political advocacy, public presentation, and program development. The PPC team brings a wide variety of experience to these areas.

Hector has used his extensive experience in government relations and community outreach to encourage the support of, and the inclusion of, underserved and underrepresented communities in the local, State, and Federal legislative arenas. As a direct result of his efforts, hundreds of millions of dollars have been directed to community projects and programs. Additionally, Hector is a commissioner for the County of Los Angeles, proudly representing the 1st District Community Action Board.

Mr. Pérez-Pacheco has a long and distinguished track record of delivering results to clients, whether they be Native American tribes, local governments and municipalities, businesses, political leaders, non-profit organizations, or community residents. Hector unifies diverse individuals into an organized and unified body, so as to realize their goals and objectives.

Hector is committed to preserving the traditions of Native peoples throughout the Americas. Hector is invested in incorporating Tribal knowledge and wisdom, as well as emphasizing the interconnectedness of Indigenous peoples across the Americas. As such, a key goal of PPC’s work is the unification of Indigenous groups in North, Central, and South America.

  • Patricia Garcia Renderos, M.Ed.

    Director of Operations & Partnerships

    Patricia manages the PPC team and a portfolio of more than twenty-five clients. She leads internal operations, cross-sector partnerships, and high-impact client initiatives across Tribal, nonprofit, education, and public health sectors. Her work ensures projects move from concept to implementation with accountability, cultural integrity, and measurable progress—helping PPC clients turn long-held dreams into present-day realities. With over a decade of experience in education and community programming, Patricia oversees program development, curriculum design, and implementation strategy.

    Patricia is of Tecuexe Chichimeca lineage on her paternal side from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and Pipil Nahuatl-speaking heritage on her maternal side from Kuskatan (San Salvador), El Salvador. She began her academic journey at East Los Angeles College (ELAC) and holds a B.A. in Gender Studies from Mount Holyoke College. She earned an M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, specializing in Prevention Science and Practice.

  • Alejandro Perez

    Project Associate

    Alejandro Perez brings to Perez Pacheco Consulting over ten years of campaign and municipal government experience. This background has benefited him assisting the firm and its cliental with strategy development, navigating the intricacies of public policy, and fostering key stakeholder relationships.

    Prior to joining Perez Pacheco Consulting, Alejandro helped numerous candidates get elected to the California State Assembly and Los Angeles City Council. During his tenure serving in municipal government, Alejandro identified and secured over $14.5 million of government funding for infrastructure improvements in Transportation and Public Works to underserved communities and approved over 30 mortgages to military Veterans becoming first time homeowners. Alejandro graduated from the California State University of Northridge with a Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

  • Ahuitzotl Ichcahuipilli

    Project Assistant 

    Ahuitzotl Ichcahuipilli brings more than a decade of experience in culturally grounded community organizing and centers his work on honoring Indigenous traditions and building pathways for communities to grow with dignity, purpose, and resilience. He collaborates with the PPC team to provide clients with strategy and grass-root level engagement with community members and stakeholders. 

    He is currently pursuing a degree in Chicano Studies at East Los Angeles Community College, where his academic work aligns closely with his commitment to culturally responsive education and community advocacy.

  • Luke Adams

    Research and Writing Associate

    Luke Adams leverages more than seven years of government-related research and writing experience to help PPC clients navigate complex challenges. He collaborates with the PPC team to deliver high-impact research and writing on critical topics such as public policy, legislation, healthcare, indigenous rights, and substance use.

    Luke’s background includes providing critical research, writing, and project management support for Members of the U.S. Congress’ international human rights advocacy. He has also held multiple research and writing roles for a variety of advocacy organizations in Washington, D.C. and taught in the United States and China. Luke holds a M.A. in Asian Studies from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service and a B.A. in Chinese and French from Calvin University. He is currently pursuing his M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Fuller Theological Seminary.

  • Alyssa Jean Arroyo

    Administrative Assistant

    Alyssa supports PPC’s internal operations through structured coordination and process optimization. She manages the firm’s invoicing workflow, transforming daily task submissions into client-ready documentation while maintaining internal systems that ensure financial and administrative accuracy. She also oversees time tracking, receipt management and scheduling to support smooth day-to-day operations.

    In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Alyssa leverages her technical background to improve efficiency. She has developed automation scripts that generate customized Google Doc templates at scale, and built an internal invoicing system to streamline reporting and reduce manual workload.

    Alyssa is currently pursuing her B.S. in Computer Science at California State University, Los Angeles, and applies systems thinking and analytical precision to strengthen PPC’s operational infrastructure.
