Community work is an important part of the Chakana, an ancient Andean symbol that is a foundation for what we do at Perez Pacheco Consulting, Inc. Hector is a passionate advocate for the disenfranchised, as he has worked for over 40 years to improve the social, educational, and economic conditions of disadvantaged communities throughout the United States. His work has directed hundreds of thousands of dollars into community programs, fostering real change at all levels of government.

Hector and his team have empowered leaders and communities by crafting innovative strategies that turn visions into a reality. As a trusted advisor and organizer, he has led successful campaigns for elected officials, community leaders, and business executives nationwide.

Throughout his career, Hector has also been involved in issues affecting the civil rights, welfare, traditions of indigenous peoples and communities throughout the Americas.
